Advanced Search

The Advanced Search button helps you be more specific with your search. Search for a word or phrase within a particular category or use multiple categories to further narrow down your search results.

• For specific search term and subject phrases, browse the "Browse by Term" page
• Use quotes to search for a specific phrase (e.g. "Hanlon Farm")
• An asterisk (*) may expand your search. For example, searching for 194* in the date category will find all items within the date range 1940-1949.
• You can search People and Creator records with Advanced Search
