Description Insurance certificate for LaFontaine's fur storage. Printed on white paper with black ink, all personal information has been typed in black ink. It reads:
"Personal Fur Policy No. TC 40726, The Western Assurance Company, Incorporated A.D. 1851, Head Office: Toronto, Canada.
Amount $450.00, Rate 1/4%, Premium $1.13 Gratis.
Certifies that in consideration of the premium and stipulations herein named: Does insure Miss Mary Eleanor Daymond, hereinafter called the Assured, Whose address is 5 Ardmay Crescent, Guelph, Ontario. Is insured from December 14 1953 to December 14 1954, Noon Standard Time at place of insurance policy, under and subject to the terms and conditions herein and in Open Policy No. 12351.
