Letter. Ten page typed carbon copied letter to the Chief Engineer of the Guelph Radial Railway Company. The letter gives the estimate of cost for building an extension of the street railway from Guelph to Hespeler, Puslinch Lake, Elora, and Fergus. The letter also looks into the feasibility of these extensions. The Hespeler line is recommended but the Fergus Elora lines and the Puslinch Line require further study. Attached to the letter are detailed cost estimates and two maps outlining where the lines would be laid.
