In the foreground to the right are two buildings with pillared porticoes. Farther down is a brick building with an arch over the door and a small staircase leading up into the building. The farthest building also has a large porticoed porch that is partially obscured by a tree. In the foreground is the Homewood's grounds with a small path. The back of the postcard is a divided back style with "Post Card" written at the top and the card divided with one side for a message and the other for the address. On the left side is the maker name and city.
