White paper certificate stating the D.A. Norrish is a certified member of the Canadian Jeweller's Institute - Watchmaking Division after completing examination. The diploma was issued May 25th, 1948. The top and bottom of the diploma have a green decorative line border and below is the Canadian Jewellers' Institute logo. n the bottom left is a silver seal with two purple ribbons coming out of the bottom. Around the bottom and right side of the diploma are renewal stickers for each year starting in 1948 and going to 1968. There are also three signatures in the bottom right, C. Raymond, for the Board of Examiners; Mathhew Tlells (?), Chairman of the Board of Directors; and Norman J. Leach, Bursar.
