Statement; black print and ink on rectangular beige paper. Upper half of statement is printed letterhead: "WYNDHAM STREET, GUELPH / BOUGHT OF JOHN M. BOND & CO./ IMPORTERS. IRON, STEEL & HARDWARE MERCHANTS." In upper left corner is a picture of the Bond Hardware store on Wyndham Street in Guelph. Addressed in handwritten ink to Mr. A. W. J. Micklejohn, Harriston, and dated Dec. 21, 1894.
The lower part of paper is marked off by three horizontal lines (2 pink and one blue). Printed in blue on top of this line on the left side: "4 Mos. or 3% Cash." Below there are eight vertical pink lines dividing the paper into five columns, where items the customer purchased are listed: "1/2 d. ?eller Rasps 14 in. 6.75 3.38 3.38." In lower left corner of statement is written "Rail."
