Description Statement; pale green paper with black printed letterhead at top. Lower part is lined and marked off into eleven columns with blue and pink printed lines. In handwritten pencil, statement is dated Feb. 1, 1922 and issued to Mrs. W. Holliday, 219 King St.". In ledger, written in pencil are the items purchased by the customer for the month of January 1922 and the outstanding balance due - "$9.01". Stamped in red near the bottom, the bill is marked "PAID / Feb.23/22 / GEO. WILLIAMS / PER KS".
