Description Black and white glossy photograph of a street scene looking down Lower Wyndham Street, Guelph, from St. George's Square made into a postcard. Streetcars in the foreground with people on them or disembarking from them. Street scene with Wyndham Street buildings and people on the sidewalk, and armoury in background. On reverse side, addressed to Mrs. S.H. Thorne, Bobcaygeon, Ontario. Postmarked Guelph, Ontario Jul 21, 1911. Green one cent stamp with King Edward VII(?). Return address is 447 Elora Road, Guelph. Writing on back mentions receiving a telegram, and visiting MacDonald school and taking a street car to buy some silk for a centrepiece. Signed "Gladys".
