Description Programme for the "Unveiling and Dedication of a Public Sculpture commemorating John Galt, the founder of Guelph." Black print on a single sheet of off-white good quality textured paper that has been folded in half to form four pages. The cover has a black line drawing of the John Galt sculpture in the foreground with Guelph City Hall in the back ground.
Cover: Printed at the top: "Unveiling and Dedication of a Public Sculpture commemorating John Galt, the founder of Guelph," and just under this in smaller print: " The ceremony will take place in front of City Hall, Carden St. Guelph, Ontario / FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5th, 1979 / 2.30 P.M."
On opening the programme, the left side is an outline of the program itself. On the right side of program is printed the inscription that is on the sculpture's plaque, honoring John Galt.
Below is printed the name of the sculptor and those responsible for the funding of the project.
Printed on the back of the program: "Drawing of "Guelph City Hall" / Marlene Jofriet."
