Description Rules and Regulations Book for Raymond Manufacturing Co. Employees; rectangular light brown paper covered book which is stapled together. The cover's title is printed in black. It has seven pages which are off-white with black print. Book is issues by the Raymond Manufacturing Co. Employees' Mutual Benefit Society which was established February 15, 1873. On page 7 at the bottom of the page, it states that this code of rules was "REVISED FEBRUARY 1890".
Printed on cover: "RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE RAYMOND MANUFACTURING CO. EMPLOYEES'.. MUTUAL BENEFIT SOCIETY".
The book contains 10 articles:
Page 1 - Title - "Raymond Manufacturing Co. Employees' Mutual Benefit Society" - Article 1 - "Designation" which states the name this society has adopted as their own.
Page 2 - Article II - "Management"; Article III "Qualification of Members" discusses that its members are workmen at least two weeks employed in the Raymond Co. factories, and they must make at least five dollars per week in wages.
Page 3 - Article IV - "Admission of Members"; Article V "Contributions" or member dues.
