Double lined black border, within which is printed: "THE ELLIOTT / 95 Delhi Street Guelph, Ontario // A REFINED AND COMFORTABLE HOME FOR ELDERLY LADIES AND GENTLEMEN. / FOR FURTHER PARTICULARS APPLY TO SUPERINTENDENT."
The center two pages is a brief history and description of the facility, the building and its management. States that this brochure was published 25 years after the home was first built which was between 1903 and 1907.
