Description Program for Complimentary Dinner to C.L. Dunbar, K.C., May 10th, 1934. Cream coloured string bound program for complimentary dinner for C. L. Dunbar at the Caledon Mountain Trout Club, Guelph, Thursday May 10, 1934. The program has a textured cardstock paper cover with blue print and the program is bound with a blue string. Inside is lighter paper pages with blue print that list the event, the menu, the toasts and the committee members. The menu consisted of olives, celery, salted almonds, consomme, baked whitefish, tartar sauce, roast chicken, dressing, red currant jelly, new potatoes, green peas, young carrots, apple pie a la mode, biscuits and cheese, nuts and raisins and coffee. The toasts were to the King, the guest - C.L. Dunbar, and then a presentation made to C.L. Dunbar. On page 4 of the program, is a list of the Committee Members.
