Description Envelope and Letter to "Miss Estella Bricker" from Marg L. Gunther. Dated July 31st, 1902.
.1. Envelope - Handwritten address on front: "Miss Estella Bricker, Waterloo, Ont. Canada." Stamped above name: "Toronto, Canada / July 31 / 1 - PM / 1902". Postage stamp has been removed from lower left corner. Reverse side of envelope has stamp: "Waterloo, Ont. / PM JUL 31 /02".
.2 Letter - Two page letter written on cream coloured stationary, single folded. "BELLEVUE." is embossed on front, in upper right corner.
Letter is addressed to "Very dear Estella" from "Mary L. Gunther" and addressed Miss Bricker's upcoming wedding on August 6th, 1902, to Lincoln Goldie.
Letter reads:
"A few lines to let you know I have returned and that the dress and hat are on the way - both are to be "tried on" to day -
I suppose you are very busy! I had a lovely time in Buffalo - only returning on Monday - now do be careful & don't tire yourself all out, rather leave some things undone. This is the best advice I can give you - lovingly yours, Marg. L . Gunther."
