The post card shows a parade down Wyndham St. A Boy dressed in military-looking costume walks beside a horse and behind him are several other people with horses walking in the parade. Above are union jack flags suspended in rows across the street and all of the building are draped in bunting. In the background are two banners that are not legible. Lining the streets are spectators.
