Description Program, "Guelph Cross Country Run and Road Race Association Official Program," for Thanksgiving Day, October 11th, 1948. Rectangular off-white paper cover with printed black lettering and illustration on front. "H. Western," (Clerk of Course Officer) has been written in ink at top of front cover. Inside four pages are white with black printed text. These pages have all been marked with notes made in ink and pencil. Pages list each race and the boys and girls who are running.
A fifth page has been taped to the inside of the back cover - "5 Mile Race con't." Inside the front cover lists the life and honorary members and the committees. At the top is a note that the One Mile Race is "In Memory / Tom Stephenson Memorial. Donated by his Father, W. Stephenson." Above "In Memory is the Royal Canadian Air Force insignia. Inside the back cover is "The History of Guelph Cross Country Run and Road Race Association, Thanksgiving Day Races" by th 1948 Committee.
