The pale blue cover has "Web" written at an angle in big block letters and below a photo of the company's Victory Bond salespeople holding a 3-star Victory Bond flag - the highest award granted for sales in a Victory Loan Campaign Inside, the magazine has articles on what is going on around the plant, company sponsors, military support and weddings and announcements. On page 8, there is an article on "What to write to Service Men or Women."
