One Hundred xx Dollars, being the ('the' is crossed out) call of ('call of' crossed out) 50 per cent. On two shares of the Capital Stock of The Guelph Norway Iron and Steel Company (Limited), which said shares are reserved and set apart for him or his assigns, on condition that he or they fulfil the terms of subscription.
In witness whereof, we have hereunto subscribed our names at the City of Guelph, this 13th day of April 1896.
