Description Pamphlet to celebrate "ninety-eight years Chalmers Church and Guelph have been growing up together." Rectangular white glossy paper, folded in half, with black lettering. The front cover has a photo of Chalmers Church in the centre. "THE UNITED CHURCH OF CANADA" is printed in plain black lettering. "Chalmers Church" is underneath that in Gothic style lettering and "GUELPH, ONTARIO" is in smaller, plain letters underneath that. At the bottom of the page is "1868-1966" in the Gothic print. The two pages inside are black print, a history of the church. The back cover has the United church of Canada's logo/crest.
