Description Booklet, entitled "A Blueprint for Tomorrow - Official Plan of the City of Guelph"; 10 sheets of rectangular off-white paper stapled together in upper left corner. Plan is typewritten in black lettering. This plan outlines the broad policies and principles to guide the future growth an development of the City of Guelph. The date is handwritten in pencil in the upper right corner of the cover/title page: "Feb 69". The date is also found on the next page - a letter from R.P. Hall, Director of the Department of Planning - "February 13, l969". Plan itself is 6 pages in length and is divided into sections: Introduction, Land Use Policies, Transportation, Underground Services and Staging, Schools, Park and Open Space, Housing and Urban Renewal, Finance, Implementation and Interpretation. The last page in the booklet is an illustration of the "Official Plan for the Guelph Planning Area."
