On the left side of letterhead is printed: "THE DAILY HERALD - Published every lawful afternoon at 3 and 4 pm, and contains the latest Local and Telegraphic News. Price $4 per annum in advance. City Subscribers, 10cts. / WEEKLY HERALD Is published every Thursday Morning. It contains all County and Telegraphic News. Price $1.50 per annum in advance. / THE BEST ADVERTISING MEDIUM PUBLISHED."
