The two pages are filled with the writing of a contract stating that William Hood paid Gedion Hood 100 pounds for lot 390 in Guelph. In the Upper left corner of the pages is an embossed mark "May & Dean". On the second page, the document has been signed by William Hood, Mary Hood and witnessed by Thomas McCrae.
