5 folds and 6 panels, glossy paper typeset both sides. Cover panels are orange, black and white. Contains illustrations showing Guelph Industry, as well as photographs of the sites, streets and buildings in Guelph.
Cover, back and front, has the Coat of Arms of Guelph in the center, under which is a picture of downtown Guelph, looking up Wyndham Street. At the top is printed in black: "Guelph / The Royal City / Canada". On the back cover is also listed the printer: "Printed in Canada by the Gummer Press, Guelph."
