Invoice; black print & ink on off-white paper. Top third of paper has company letterhead with trademark in upper left corner. Trademark is black and white sketch of three men working with tools in a foundry of sorts. Letterhead: "WYNDHAM STREET, GUELPH / BOUGHT OF JOHN M. BOND & CO. / SUCCESSORS TO H. MULHOLLAND, HARDWARE & IRON MERCHANTS." Addressed to Mr. Alexander Micklejohn Esq., Harriston and dated 11th August 1870.
Lower part of invoice has been divided into four columns with red and blue lines. In handwritten ink, "Per Order", is listed purchases ordered by customer with the total balance being "82.34." Some of the items can not be viewed as the lower left corner is missing.
