Beige with blue marble design paper booklet with embossed acorn border and string binding. The cover has "MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE" in black print (except for the first two letters which are in gold) and below this there is an embossed wreath with "WHAT GOD HATH JOINED TOGETHER LET NOT MAN PUT ASUNDER". Inside there is a sheet of paper with an elaborate black print spiral border. At the top "MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE" is written and below there is a drawing of 2 angels or cupids holding roses. Below this are the manes of the couple, their city's origin, the date, and the minister. The next page is for autographs containing the signature of the witnesses and 12 guests.
