Description Booklet, "Guelph, Water Pollution and Who Causes It, Labour Day 1970" put out by the Guelph and District Labour Council. Paper front cover is green with black and white printed lettering and a cartoon-like sketch which illustrates how water pollution occurs. It is drawn by Bill Lloyd. Inside pages are white with black printed type and b/w illustrations. Contents include an article, "Pollution Control in the City of Guelph," various other articles and messages, a program for the "Labour Day Revue" in Exhibition Park, as well as numerous advertisements for local businesses and industries.
