The cream separator is hand powered and this manual is for style No.1, Style No.1 A, and Style B. Inside the booklet there is instructions on how to make everything from cream, to ice cream, and butter as well as the operation of the machine. There are also instructions on how to clean and store the machine as well as detailed diagrams of all of its parts.
