Description |
Certificate; Gold print and black ink on rectangular cream paper. Red seal is adhered to lower left corner of certificate. Certificate presented to F.F. Bogardus for the completion of fifty years of membership in The Ontario College of Pharmacy. Text done in ornate calligraphy. "Golden Anniversary" written across top with the pharmacists crest underneath. Both are surrounded in border of intersecting lines. Majority of text done in gold. Areas to be filled in,ie. name, date and signatures are written in black ink. Certificate signed by the president and the registrar. Red seal adhered to bottom left corner, under the date. Image on seal has worn off. "Golden Anniversary, This certificate was Presented to F.F. Bogardus, Class of 1902, On the Completion of Fifty Years of Membership in The Ontario College of Pharmacy, Toronto, June 2, 1958", signed W.S. Guton, President and H.M. Corbett, Registrar. Crest- "CURA ATQUE INDUSTRIA", Seal- "College of Ph.." mostly worn off. |
