Banquet is given by Citizens of Guelph. Banquet is given "In recognition of his distinguished and meritorious attainments and the honors and laurel bestowed upon him as one of the world's greatest artists; and In appreciation of the creditable and glorious reflection of his achievements upon the city of his birth.
Front of the program has writing inside a red border. City of Guelph Crest on top.
The insert cover has a black and white photograph of Edward Johnson "Our Guest" The two inside pages include the Menu, Dinner Music, toasts with a response by Edward Johnson and a Musical program. The back page of insert. includes a public reception at the Armoury at 8:30 plus an address and the presentation of life-size portrait of Edward Johnson and the first records of Mr. Johnson;s voice produced in their Canadian studios by The Victor Talking Machine Co. of Canada.
Dancing took place from 9:30-1:00
