"The Guelph Norway Iron and Steel Company Limited.
Guelph, July 20, 1897.
Mr. J.J. Mahoney,
Dear Sir, -- Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the shareholders of The Guelph Norway Iron and Steel Company (Limited) will be held at the Mill on Thursday, the 5th day of August next, at 3 p.m., for the purpose of:
(1) Confirming a resolution passed at a General Meeting of Shareholders held on the 16th day of July, 1897: "That the Company requires its affairs to be wound up under the 'Joint Stock Company's Winding Up Act,' and that all necessary proceedings for that purpose be regularly taken under the advice of the Company's Solicitor, and with as little expense as possible.
(2) To appoint a Liquidator, and if thought expedient an Inspector or Inspectors.
