Invoice. Off-white rectangular sheet of paper with business letterhead printed in black at top. Letterhead reads: "OFFICE - 17 QUEBEC STREET WEST, PHONE 164 / YARD - CORNER LONDON ROAD AND MILL STREET, PHONE 229 / GUELPH, ONT. / IN ACCOUNT WITH THE KLOEPFER COAL CO. DEALERS IN BEST QUALITIES OF COAL AND WOOD/ TERMS CASH / INTEREST CHARGED ON OVERDUE ACCOUNTS / E. & O.E " In the upper right corner, the date "June 8th, 1914" is handwritten in black ink. The invoice is addressed to "Mr. Jos. Reinhardt, Imperial Hotel."
The lower half of the invoice is divided into eight vertical columns by lines in red and blue ink.
The invoice is notifying Mr. Reinhardt of his overdue balance from July 30th, 1909, and that interest of $47.40 has been charged, making the balance due "210.86." Written in pencil at the bottom of the page: "Now in Fountain House."
