Colour: White, Off-White/Red/ Blue. White with blue print. Pertinent information is filled in pencil. The top third of the invoice provides information on the business and who was sold to. The rest of the invoice is lined and divided into 8 vertical columns of various widths, by red and blue lines. This portion of the invoice gives information on the items sold. There are two small holes punched into the top of the invoice and a math equation in pencil on the back.
