Letter from George Drew to Mr. W.J. (Bill) Stephenson, c/o Matthew-Wells Company, Guelph. Dated "Toronto 2, June 1, 1944." Typewritten in black type on rectangular white paper with printed blue letterhead, consisting of the crest of the Province of Ontario. Under crest is printed: "Ontario / Office of The Prime Minister & President of the Council". Letter is an apology for Drew's inability to get to "the opening game on May 27th." Drew expresses a wish to see Stephenson soon.
Reverse side has pencil scribbles in middle with "McKenna, Hough, Busatto" written in pencil on right side in middle of paper.
