Cover of magazine. Single sheet of off-white paper with letters in black and red print. Print is only on one side, the other is blank. At the very top of the page, the title of the magazine reads: "CANADIAN MACHINERY ( in black letters) / AND MANUFACTURING NEWS (in red letters) /Vol. XXVIII. No. 15 / Oct. 12, 1922/ $4.00 a Year Subscription Price." The caption on the magazine cover is: "IMICO / Detachable and Riveted Drive Malleable Chain/ Interchangeable with All Standard Makes/ All Standard Styles and Sizes". This lettering is printed in black letters around an image of the chain which is centered in the middle of a red circle. Below the circle is more detail about the chain and the International Malleable Iron Co. Limited, its head office in Guelph, Ontario, and its selling agents in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prairie Provinces, and British Columbia.
Regarding the story on Imico's chain, it states: ""Imico" Detachable and Riveted Drive Malleable Chain will fit all standard sprocket wheels. It is made in all standard styles and sizes and is factory tested and guaranteed. "IMICO" is the dependable chain for agricultural and general machinery. / We also manufacture Malleable and Grey Iron Pipe Fittings, Malleable and Grey Iron Castings,

Along the right edge of the sheet are five punched holes, and suggests that this cover was placed in a binder.
