Mus.Bac., Organist of St. George's Church, Guelph, Ontario / 25 cents / Engraved and Printed by Whaley, Royce & Co., 158 Yonge Street, Toronto, Canada". Hand written in ink on the front cover in the top right hand corner is the name "Hattie May Smith" (the donor's mother).
At the bottom of page 2 it states "Entered according to Act of the Parliament of Canada in the year 1900 by Roberta Geddes-Harvey at the Department of Agriculture." Front cover has illustrations of two swords, a cannon and a cannonball exploding, printed in black.
4 pages - originally one page, single folded; the pages are now separated. Pencil notes in the music; (ie. at the bottom of page 3 is written "try softer and slower here"). One mark is in red.
