Title Favorite Singing Games Booklet, 1931

Description A children's songs and games booklet. The booklet cover is a red-orange colour. In the center there is a silhouette image of children holding hands and dancing in a circle. The book is titled, in red letters a the top, "FAVORITE SINGING GAMES." Under the title is the byline, in black letters "Arranged by ARTHUR ADAMS."

In the upper left corner, printed in black is "IMPERIAL EDITION NO. 315." In the same lettering at the bottom of the cover is "3/- ALLAN & Co. - Melbourne - Sydney - Adelaide - Bendigo."

Stamped onto the book is the retailers stamp "C.W. KELLY & SON LTD. 11-13 Wyndham St., Guelph --- Ontario"

Inside the book comprises of a variety of songs each with their own instructions for a coordinating game.

On the first, inside page, there is an Alphabetical Contents of the 28 different songs.

On the first page, that contains the first song, there is a copyright found in the bottom left corner. "Copyright MCMXXXI by Allan & Co Prop.n Ltd. Melbourne."

Also on the first page in the bottom right corner is "A& Co. (B. 1874)". This marker repeats itself at the center bottom of every page.

The back cover of the book advertises another book called "FINGER PLAY...songs for little fingers" along with its details. Also on the back cover is a stamp that says "PRINTED IN AUSTRALIA."

The booklet is bound together by two staples along the spine.
