Description Matthew Wells Company plan, 1932. Building plan plaque on board by "O.W. Collier, Picture Framing - Cameras - Art Supplies. 86 Carden Street - Guelph. TA. 2-2986." Label is located on the back bottom right corner of plan. Blue print illustrates the entire Matthew - Wells Company Limited building plan along Victoria road.

The top view is drawn in the middle of the plan with the main building, coloured in pink. and the jam factory, coloured in light blue, below it. The pickle Storage Room and Tanks are located to the right of the main building and are coloured in yellow. The Receiving building is coloured in yellow and light blue and is below the pickling tanks. The front view of the main building is located above the top view and the front view of the jam factory is located below the top view. The side view is located to the right. The plan was revised by J.D.C. on January 20, 1959.
