On reverse side is a cartoon of a man in a frock cat and high collared white shirt and white pants. His top hat is sitting on the floor. He is bending over toward a woman who is sitting a red chair with her feet on a footstool. She is wrapped in a blanket with a white scarf around her neck. In the upper left corner is printed: ""AND HE WHISPERED IN HER EAR SOMETHING SWEET FOR HER TO HEAR. SAID HE, "TRY GARGLING OIL!" In the lower right corner of cartoon is printed: "The Courier Lith. Co. Buffalo N.Y."
