"Alf Wilford / K.O.M" is written in ink at the top of the front cover. Inside pages are white with black printed text, and some handwritten notations & marks scattered throughout. Published in Leeds by Petty & Sons (Leeds) Ltd., Whitehall Printeries, Copyright 1935. Lists approximated 250 rules and regulations. Has a subject index on pages 3 to 7 and an index of abbreviations (pp.8-9).
In addition to the 111 pages of the Rules of the R.A.O.B. Grand Lodge of England, there is an additional 8 pages inserted in the middle of the booklet: "Official Changes Adopted by the Grand Lodge of Ontario at its Convention held at Hamilton, October 13th, 1934, and Confirmed by the Grand Lodge of England." On page 107, it is noted that these rules have been "examined, re-arranged and revised" by the Rules Revision Committee and are issued "for the Instruction, Guidance, and use of the Brotherhood of the Grand Lodge of England, and to operate from the first day of January, 1935 to the 31st of December 1937. Dated this 1st day of November, 1934 by Order of the Convention."
