Invoice; Black print and handwritten ink & pencil on rectangular light brown paper. Top half contains information on the store. The bottom half is lined and divided into 8 vertical columns and relays information on items sold. Printed in black or written in ink. Writing in pencil is scribbled across part of page. Two small holes have been punched into the top of the invoice.
