This is the year of Guelph's Sesquicentennial, so on the front cover there is a painting of St. George's Church along the Speed River. On the back cover there is an ad for Jaguars. Inside the program is a list of all of the events of the Festival and biographies of participants. There is also a message from the Mayor, Norm Jary, and Murdo McKinnon, the president of the Edward Johnson Music Foundation. There are also images of the David Kennedy sketches and a biography.
