Acta Nostra Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute Yearbook. The cover is cream colour and textured. The name of the yearbook of at the top of the front cover in green text. The school's coat of arms is in the centre of the cover and included the school's motto, initials, a crown, and foliage. In smaller green text near the bottom of the cover states the city, name of school, and date. There are thick red lines on the front cover.There are 166 pages. On the first page there is a picture of a staff member dressed in aboriginal clothing. Throughout the book there are pictures of the students and teachers, names, pictures of sports teams and various events, and advertisements.

Advertising Card for Bell Organs. Rectangular paper card with white border. Inside the border is a sailboat, with its sails down, with a red flag at the top of the main mast and back mast. There is an American flag at the back of the ship. The ship is sailing, there is a steam tube in the centre (black with a thick red stripe.) "THE BELL ORGAN" is printed diagonally at the top, slanting up from the left side. There is a leaf design on either side of "THE" The boat's reflection is visible in the water.
