Booklet, By-Laws of the Guelph Prior Club Limited, passed by the General Committee, February 14, 1908. Brown paper cover with printed black lettering on front. Inside pages are off-white paper with printed black lettering. Booklet is bound with one staple. Page 1 is a list of the "Officers and Directors of the Company." The by-laws cover the following topics: members; fees; officers; committee of management; committees; meetings; order of business at meetings; appropriations and payments; and amendments.
