On the front cover is a photo of the Cutten obelisk memorial. Stapled to the front cover is a business card for Frank H. Cooke with "Compliments of" written in pen. The book contains a history of the Cemetery along with several black and white photos. The book is 45 pages in length.

Brown leather covered 120 page OAC Year book from 1922. Leather is worn and deteriorating on all edges and has lifted from the cardboard backing on the front cover. 240 page book with cardstock cover dedicated to the "Thirty-Sixth Annual Report of the Educational Society of The Methodist Church Canada 1919-1920." The cover is surrounded in a double line border with stylized clover flowerettes in the corners. List of past presidents for the Guelph Horticultural Society from 1900-1950. The list is titled "Golden Jubilee 1900-1950". Underneath the title it says "Guelph Horticultural Society" then that its aim is "to create and foster a love for the beautiful, making Guelph a better place to live in". The society was organized Jan. 3rd, 1900.
