Program for the 1955 Guelph College Figure Skating Club Show "Rhapsody on Ice". The program consists of numerous advertisements from various Guelph businesses and surrounding areas and black and white images of various skaters from the club. Front Cover: Light blue, pink and silver background meant to look iridescent like ice. "Rhapsody on Ice" across the top. In the center is a line drawing of a female figure skater in mid jump with her back arched, head back and arms out. Text and image are in black. A four page program for the 1956 Guelph College Figure Skating Club Show "Holiday Ice Revue". The program lists the guest skaters from other clubs, the individual acts and performers for each act. There are two advertisements from local Guelph businesses on the back. Front Cover: "The Guelph College Figure Skating Club presents Holiday Ice Revue, at the Guelph Memorial Gardens, Saturday December, 29th 1956" across the top followed by a list of skaters including guest skaters. "Matinee: 2:30 p.m. Evening: 8:15 p.m., Sanctioned by the Canadian Figure Skating Association" along the bottom. Text is in black against a cream coloured paper. Large white cotton quilt with names embroidered on front in red thread. Quilt is eight squares wide by ten squares long, though the uppermost and bottom rows are only half squares. The central four squares have a 6 ringed circle detail with names written within, and at very center reads "Paisley Memorial Church 1920." Four maple leaves are embroidered in the corners surrounding the center circle. The names are arranged diagonally through each square, with each square taking a various direction. Names on squares from left to right, top to bottom. Central squares are addressed per ring (outer to inner), beginning each ring in the 36th square. Square 1: Mr. Pickerd Mrs. Pickerd Master
