Acta Nostra Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute Yearbook. The cover is dark red in colour and textured. The name of the yearbook is at the top of the front cover in green text and with an underline in yellow. The school's coat of arms is on the bottom left corner of the cover and includes the school's motto, initials, a crown, and foliage. In smaller green text near the bottom of the cover states the name of school, and date. There are 156 pages. On the first page there is a drawing of the school. Throughout the book there are pictures of the students and teachers, names, pictures of sports teams and various events, and advertisements.
