The review is 31 pages in length. It gives a history of the fair over its years, lists the accolades of the past and gives a brief synopsis on Guelph as a centre of manufacture - see page 27 which lists the companies and product made in Guelph. On back cover is printed in black and red lettering the programme for the fair held in December 1919. Surrounded by a green border. Front cover; white paper, stapled. Jubilee Souvenir of the Norfolk St. Methodist Church 1836-1906. The book is soft cover with a string binding. The cover is a light brown with dark brown print. the string is tied at the front and was at one time red but has faded. On the back it reads "Copies of this Souvenir Book can be obtained from Mr. Homer Precious, cor. Paisley and Arnold Streets, at 35 cents each, or three for $1.00. Postage 5 cents each copy." The book is 50 pages and has a detailed history of the Church along with many black and white photographs of the church and its parishoners.

Brown leather covered 120 page OAC Year book from 1922. Leather is worn and deteriorating on all edges and has lifted from the cardboard backing on the front cover. Front cover has gold embossed details, in upper left corner titles reads "O.A.C. Yearbook 1922" and the College shield emblem is in the center of the front cover centered on the image of a plaque with stylized floral boughs extending from the bottom. Book spine is completely deteriorated inside and out. Inside cover has a handwritten message in black ink "Alice Buckingham; Macdonald Institute; Guelph, Ontario; 74 Paisley Street; April 21, 1922."
