On the front text describes place, multiple addresses, and title. A small circular image is on the front. Inside the circle is a capital 'G', a mathematical compass tool, and an 'L' shaped ruler. Inside the text explains District Divine Service, Blood Donors, In Memoriam and various events. The loose insert involves "Past Masters' and t. Wor. Bro. Marr Night" and "Grand Master's Banquet".
