Small paper typewritten in blue ink, that discussed the Annual Meeting of the Wellington Hunt Club in January 1934. The meeting discussed money owing to Mr. Auld and the election of officers. Mr. Tillman was elected the new president of the club. The paper was signed by Mr. Tillman in black ink at the bottom of the page.

It was discussed that all horses owned by Club members would be entered in the Winter Fair, the annual meeting should always be held in October, and new accepted members into the club. The minutes discuss that Mr. Auld would host the first Thanksgiving Hunt at his farm. The minutes mention Mr. Auld, Mr. Johnson and Mr. Tullwall.
