1877 Map of the Town of Guelph with 1890 markings of sewers and watermains surveyed by T.W. Cooper. The map has three illustrations at the top. One of City Hall, one of the Town of Guelph and one of the Court House and Jail. The map has painted red dots to mark water valves and watermains. On the back of the map is written in black pencil "1877 Cooper Map with waterworks system" The map is attached to a wooden dowel at the top and bottom that is painted black. The map is varnished.

Plan of a portion of the estate of the late Peter Gow esquire, 1892. The plan shows a portion of the Speed River in the centre with the lands on the south side of the river. The street at the bottom is Water Street and it is shown to Gow's Bridge (now McCrae Boulevard) on the East and it is bordered on the West by Edinburgh Road. The lots along this stretch of water are divided into 8 lots. Lots 3-8 have Gow's Mill trail race running at the back end of the lots. Lot 8 has a building drawn on a portion of it.
