St. George's Church Parochial Magazine. Outer cover is pink. In the centre there is a photograph of the church. There is some text below the picture describing name and date (May, 1903). Inside all text is black with red highlights. Various drawings, photographs, and small images are throughout. There twenty-seven pages not including the Report. Advertisements are inside the front cover as well as the inside and outside of the back cover. Just inside the front cover is the "Annual Reports" for Easter, 1903. This report consists of twelve pages. The front cover has a hole on it measuring 4.5cm L x 1.5cm W.

Calendar, paper advertising calendar of a young woman in a yellow dress, holding a bouquet of yellow roses. The young woman has very long brown hair fastened at the nape of the neck with a vine and yellow roses. She is framed by a Greek or Roman style building with ionic columns, a Metope and a pediment. The building is draped in grape vines. Below this is a blue rectangle, printed in blue ink : "COMPLIMENTS OF R. H. BARBER/ THE LEADING PAPER HANGER, HOUSE PAINTER/ SIGN WRITER, GRAINER DECORATOR, ETC. / GUELPH, ONT. / Estimates Cheerfully Furnished / Office, St. George's Square, P.O. Box 2/ Phone 271."
